“Walk Better for You!” Refresher Session

Much more is known now about the health & wellbeing benefits of brisk walking to exercise your mind and body. How well do you walk? Would you like to get better exercise from walking? Whether you walk unaided, with a stick or with one or two trekking poles, there are ways to improve how your body moves over the ground by making the movement more natural, mindful and have more purpose. Come and find out more about your posture, gait, stride, co-ordination, balance, strength, breathing and more.

Walk Distance: 1 mile

Starting Point: The Whitecliffs Cafe, Marine Drive, Saltdean, BN2 8SQ

Finishing Point: Same as starting point

Walk Grading: Easy

Maximum number of walkers: 4

Parking is available if you corner Saltdean Park Road/Arundel Drive East opposite White Cliffs Cafe on the other sides of the A259 (Pay & Display)

Accessible on the Brighton & Hove Coaster 12 Bus Service
