“Instepp” Walk and Tone your way to health

Walking over the beautiful Seven Sisters with “Instepp” a new, innovative resistant upper body toning product, available to try out, free of charge during the Walking Festival! Will be starting at Friston Church, heading towards Birling Gap (maybe a quick pit stop for a drink! Or just to take in the breath-taking views of our walk over the Seven Sisters to the Cuckmere River). This will be a circular route starting at Friston finishing at Friston via East Dean, Birling Gap, over 3 of the Seven Sisters heading back to Friston via Crowlink.
Instepp will also be offering health, fitness & well-being advice, plus interesting points of interest and local the history of the area.

Starting Point: Friston Church, at the bus stop on the main road A259
Finishing Point: Same as starting point
Walk Grading: Moderate – Up to 5 miles and may have stretches of steep ascent/descent

Parking is available, although limited, at Friston Church, however the walk leader and creator of Instepp, Julie Ford, is offering up parking at her home for this walk. Hillsbrough, Jevington Road, Friston, BN20 0AG.
Accessible on the number 12 buses from Brighton or Eastbourne

There are toilet facilities available on this walk
Walkers are advised to bring a packed lunch and plenty of drinking water.
